This is a large custom ranch style home I designed in 2020. It is a single story but it has a large walkout basement. It also has a large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, a large great room, and a separate large living room with a lot of natural light.
The windows for this home are much larger in glass area than normal. The owner wanted to use large windows and he already had in mind a company that made the style of window he was looking for and the overall look he wanted.
The window style he wanted to use was the Alpen Tilt Turn – hopper Windows that were originally popular in Europe and now being manufactured here in the US in Louisville Colorado.
The foundation system was provided by Superior Wall Systems, which is a great alternative to poured or block especially if you plan to finish the basement area.
